Exam Locations
You may take an examination without preapplication at any of the training courses offered by the Laser Training Institute of Professional Medical Education, or any of our affiliates. See the affiliates tab at left.
You may also apply for and take examinations without attending these courses if you otherwise qualify. Please refer to the Certification Handbook. If you are applying for an exam outside of a regular training course they will be scheduled through ETA International at any of over 755 locations. You may search locations by clicking the link below but don't contact them directly. AFTER you've received authorization from the NCLC then you may contact ETA's main office (not the individual proctor) at 800-288-3824 (ask for Lynda Shute), who will then notify your desired proctor and provide the correct exam to them.
