- Scheduling a Laser Examination -
(This applies to those who are scheduling an examination independent of affiliated training programs - see lower on page)

Individuals must first complete and return an application form to the NCLE in order to validate qualifications to sit for an examination. Once you are notified by the NCLE that you are so qualified, you have 90 dates from the date of the notice to schedule an examination with ETA International at a location convenient to you. ETA International will not schedule exams for individuals unless they have first been pre-qualified by the NCLE.

DO NOT CONTACT ETA ITL DIRECTLY - They will have no information until we provide the authorization and their corporate headquarters then contacts that local office.
