The National Council on Laser Excellence seeks participation by experienced individuals in laser related health care fields in order to continue building extensive question banks used to create multiple forms of valid tests. Interested individuals should have a minimum of one year of active experience is their laser related field, and contact Board Chairman Gregory Absten at Absten@LaserTraining.org to express interest, and submit a CV or resume. Submitters will be recognized as a participant in the Council through postings on this website. Questions are classified into a variety of different objectives and sub classifications so that valid test forms may be constructed through computerized models. Questions should be within your own scope of experience and knowledge, and include your proposed answer to each multiple choice question. Submitted questions will be reviewed for accuracy and appropriate structure of the question with its correct and incorrect answers. When approved the question will be assigned to the computerized question bank for use in one or more forms of a test. Submitters are required to keep their submitted questions in confidence and not distribute them publicly.
